In the heart of Saint-Paul de Vence, the hotel's restaurant has two dining rooms decorated in an authentic style. With vaulted ceilings and in dressed stone, they offer a refined atmosphere. A 17th century fountain ensures the venue's authenticity.

When the weather is fine, settle down on the terrace decorated with hibiscus and bougainvillea. The ramparts are home to this haven of peace and, at dusk, the high village walls shine with a thousand and one lights. At Le Saint Paul, enjoy delicious and contemporary dishes inspired by the seasons. Mediterranean flavours are to be savoured in the dishes prepared by the Chef Richard VICENS and his team.

Fish is given pride of place, as are seasonal fruit and vegetables. Italian notes add even more colour to the a la carte and set menus and the dishes change with the seasons.

I come from South of France and it is my privilege rp open this new season in making our guest experience the flavors and the savor the seasonings of my country.

I have worked at a number of top quality establishments to attain the adequate training, like the prestigious Beige Restaurant in Tokyo with the Chef Alain Ducasse and le Saint Roch restaurant in Courchevel, allowing me to associate my two passions in life, skiing and cooking…
